In a quiet, residential area of Maryland's beautiful eastern shore, surrounded by woods, fields, and wildlife, can be found the home and working studio of abstract artist Barbara D. Lucke. Living quarters, a gallery area containing Barbara's paintings along with husband Tom's photography, plus a collection of other artists' fine art pieces, provide a harmonious atmosphere for contemplation and creativity. Most of her assemblages, mixed media and sculptural pieces are created at this location.

Overlooking one of the many area lakes in Winter Haven, Florida, Barbara's winter studio provides quietude and a peaceful setting for creating her contemporary works on canvas.
